¿Puedo personalizar cualquier mueble?
Sí. Nuestros muebles Custom Made se fabrican bajo pedido y puedes elegir modelo, tela, acabado y medidas (bajo consulta directamente por Whatsapp o correo electrónico).
¿Los colores que veo en la web son exactos?
Pueden variar ligeramente por la calibración de tu pantalla. Te recomendamos solicitar muestras de telas antes de confirmar tu pedido.
¿Los tapetes/tapices vienen en diferentes tamaños?
Sí, tenemos medidas estándar y también opciones personalizadas según el producto. Pregúntanos para asesorarte.
¿Qué formas de pago aceptan?
Tarjeta de crédito/débito, transferencias bancarias y pagos electrónicos (PayPal, etc.).
¿Cuánto tarda en llegar mi pedido?
Telas, tapices y tapetes: entre 5 y 10 días hábiles (si hay stock).Muebles Custom Made: entre 6 y 10 semanas (dependiendo de la complejidad y materiales).
¿A qué lugares hacen envíos?
Enviamos a toda la República Mexicana.
¿Cuánto cuesta el envío?
Depende del destino, peso y volumen del pedido. El costo se calcula al momento de la compra.
¿Puedo devolver un producto si no me convence?
Por el momento no contamos con el servicio de devoluciones.
¿Qué pasa si mi producto llega dañado?
Si tu pedido presenta un defecto de fábrica o daño durante el transporte, deberás reportarlo en un máximo de 48 horas después de recibirlo. Nosotros gestionaremos la reposición o solución sin costo adicional.
¿Tienen garantía los muebles?
Sí, los muebles cuentan con garantía de 6 meses en su estructura por defectos de fabricación. No cubre daños por mal uso, humedad o desgaste natural.
